Anil Chhikara is an entrepreneur at heart & believer in the power of dreams. Life has come full circle now – Anil started consulting after exit from his Edtech startup, spent few years mentoring startups and building a successful accelerator program with $100m+ startup portfolio – and now back being an entrepreneur again with launch of Bluebolt Electric, an EV based first & last mile B2B logistics solutions company!
Anil also founded Startup India Foundation, a non-profit initiative by a group of successful and experienced entrepreneurs to help grow the early-stage startup ecosystem in India. Anil is a well-regarded startup mentor in the Indian startup ecosystem and a TEDx speaker. Anil was the anchor judge for Haywards 5000 Haunslay ki Udaan, India’s First Startup Reality TV Show and the official startup coach for The Vault Show, India’s answer to Shark Tank. Fondly known as Katappa of the Indian startup ecosystem, Anil is admired for his outspoken no-nonsense views about the startups and the ecosystem.
In 2001, Anil founded 24×7 Learning and led its growth over a decade to become India’s largest e-learning implementation company besides successfully raising multiple rounds of investments including $4m from Network 18. Prior to founding 24×7 Learning, Anil had successfully set up and launched businesses for two large multinational companies in India.
Besides his engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, he has studied Enterprise Sales and Negotiations skills from ISB, Hyderabad and sculpting at New York Academy of Fine Arts and about art markets at Sotheby’s Institute of Art & Manchester University in London.
Anil has worked earlier with Wipro, HCL-HP, Parametric Tech Corpn, USA, Cimatron, Israel, Patni etc.
Pankaj brings multi sector expertise and leadership to BlueBolt Electric and is accountable for running the Operations for the company. His role at BlueBolt Electric requires understanding of multiverse worlds that he has been part of – from Supply Chain, Consumer Technology to Social Impact. Pankaj has a proven track record in driving business results and taking projects from a concept stage to completion with a pan India scale and scope.
He started his professional journey with DHL Express as a part of Operations Program Group wherein he expanded the organisation’s services footprint and established and expanded its service centres in Gurgaon, Tirupur and Delhi Airport with a capex of >500k Euros. He has worked in operational expansion and excellence.
Post that he has worked in Motorola- Google for >5 years and his last stint was leading the GTM Strategy for the APAC Region.
In recent times he has been a social entrepreneur in the sports development sector where he worked with diverse stakeholders (Government or Non – Government) across the Indian Sports Ecosystem towards its transformation and accelerated development. He has been working to realize the vision of Pullela Gopichand and Abhinav Bindra across organisations in various roles and capacities with key accomplishments in influencing and delivering public policy, program creation and implementation with almost 12 state governments.
Pankaj is driven by Social Impact and is completely focused on building BlueBolt Electric’s vision to create a million micro entrepreneurs in the next 5 years. A mission deemed “impossible” and “never been done” excites him and lives by the motto “Neither joy nor sorrow should tilt the balance of equanimity or blur our vision of the future”
Besides his engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), he has studied Operations and Marketing skills from MDI, Gurgaon and Strategic Non Profit Management – India from Harvard Business School Executive Education
Vikram Jhunjhunwala has vast Investment Banking & Capital Markets experience spanning over 25 years involving more than 175 deals valued at over $2 billion. It covers the full range of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, debt placement, restructuring and business advisory across sectors such as Telcom, Media & Entertainment, Energy, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Services etc.
He became an entrepreneur in 2004 and successfully sold his startup to an International Bank. Since then he has intensive experience in investment management which includes proprietary Investments in telecom, media, hospitality, agri-business and startup/ incubation funds.
An MBA (Finance) from New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business, he has worked at senior positions with Coca Cola, Reliance, Ernst & Young, Star TV and ANZ Grindlays Bank.
